OK, “Ladies and Gentlemen", time for “installment #119″ in our “cockpit series", which will be a continuing “brain-strainer".

This is the cockpit of the Bell P-39 “Airacobra” ! Illo wins the “sailboat fuel", though he had his doubts!
CLUE - A cobra is a snake, and there are snakes on every continent, except Antarctica, which is “devoid of snakes".

Well, this is simply from googling 113513 - wiki comes up with a Bell P39 Aircobra - I have my doubts as I can't see the charging handles for the guns....might be that gap on the left....

Hello Steve, P-39 Airacobra me thinks, they handled the Russian winters well during WWII.

Was doubting for quite some time....I actually got to sit in one many moons ago, and distinctly remember the breech blocks of the cannon and machine guns jutting into the pit...!! Ah well, here's to google I guess...
